Reiki & Energy Work
I work with Reiki and energy work for people seeking more balance, calm and inner clarity – and often for those who sense that something deeper is at work, beyond what they've been able to name. My approach is gentle, grounded and deeply personal. Sessions are offered in person in Sweden or as distance Reiki, depending on your needs and circumstances.
Reiki & Energy Work
I offer Reiki to support:
- stress and deep exhaustion
- emotional overwhelm and imbalance
- periods of profound change and inner transformation
Many people find their way to me after trying many things – and sensing they want to be truly seen.
In a session
I perceive on an energetic level: where there is tension, where energy is held, where something is no longer flowing freely. This perception is often surprisingly precise, and many clients tell me it resonates closely with what they feel in their own body.
Reiki doesn't force anything. It supports the body's own innate capacity to find its way back into balance – gently reminding it of a state it already knows.
What I offer is not a promise, but a space: for movement, for relief, and for hope that change is possible.
Each session is held individually, in a calm and respectful setting.
Reiki – Pricing
Each Reiki session is tailored to your individual needs and current situation.
Price:
- Reiki session in person in Sweden (approx. 60 minutes): 800 SEK
- Distance Reiki (approx. 45 minutes): 650 SEK
Reiki is offered in person in Sweden or as distance Reiki.
Both formats are equally effective and chosen based on what suits you best.
Deeper Energy Work & Personal Guidance
In addition to Reiki, I offer deeper energy work (KolibriHealing), intuitive guidance and personal coaching. This is for people moving through deeper inner processes, life transitions or decision-making phases – those who feel something stirring beneath the surface and are ready to meet it.
In this work, my energetic perception goes further. I sense where old patterns are held, where energy has been waiting to move, and what is quietly asking to be seen or released.
Sessions combine energy work, conscious presence and conversation – always tailored to you, and always held in a grounded, respectful way.
Reiki Training
I offer personal Reiki training, one-to-one and in small groups, suitable for all ages and adapted to your learning needs, experience and life situation.
The training is
- personal and supportive,
- clearly structured,
- and focused on practical experience and everyday integration.
My teaching is grounded, calm and free from dogma, with a focus on personal experience, presence and a responsible approach to energy work. Offered in person in Sweden as well as online, at a pace that feels right for you.
Reiki Training – Pricing
Reiki training is offered in three levels:
- Reiki Level I
- Reiki Level II
- Reiki Level III (Master)
Price:
- Reiki Level I: 3,500 SEK
- Reiki Level II: 4,500 SEK
- Reiki Level III (Master): 10,500 SEK
The training is personal and adapted to individual needs, experience and life situation.
Reiki training is offered in person in Sweden as well as online.

I work with Reiki and energy work in a calm, grounded and personal way. I have over 15 years of experience in energy healing and conscious development, and I am a Reiki Master, Reiki Teacher and certified spiritual coach.
Over the years, I've developed a finely attuned energetic perception – many of the people I work with come precisely because they feel deeply seen. My work is defined by presence, clarity and respect. I meet people without judgment or dependency, supporting inner stability, self-trust and lasting change.
